We will embark on a Sound Healing Journey, using Shamanic Drumming, Crystal Bowls, Flutes, Toning and Mantra. We will use our breathe and deep relaxation to create a new possibility and plant seeds of intention into the fertile ground on this Equinox. After gentle vocal opening and new awareness in the body we will emerge in collective song.

Please bring a yoga mat and anything you may need to completely relax and melt into the sound. All the participants will be laying down for a good portion to receive and let go. Extra blankets will be provided.
